Pros: Cheap fare
Cons: I have a small carry on bag. They said it was too large and I had to check it. They measured it and said my wheels would be outside the allowed length. So they insisted I check my 8kg bag and charged me $50. I have used this bag many times on Spring and other airlines without issue. It's small. Very sneaky by them.
Pros: I liked the hospitality and patience that the crew showed.
Cons: They could have provided with more blankets and pillows because everybody did not get blankets.
Pros: Not much
Cons: The check in, the ticket agent the service at baggage window the fact they over charge me for baggage the attitude and unwillingness to help or answer questions will never fly this airline again
Pros: This is a budget airline and they get you to where you going at good price
Cons: They pack you in all together even though there are open seats available and leave you there as if you've done something wrong
Pros: Nothing. It was a bad experience.
Cons: They could have served food. They could have checked us in through to our final destination.
Pros: Lovely attentive crew went out of their way to provide comfort and service
Cons: Clear guidance for priority boarding groups
Pros: Seat was comfortable, had an emergency exit seat.
Cons: Sitting arrangement Was poor. Five of us had five different seat. Missing luggage.
Cons: Direct tarmac to plane without bus
