Pros: Seats reclined more than most airlines
Cons: 4 hour delay ON the plane for an 11+hour flight? They could have deplaned us. The flight attendants were rude. Worst flight of my life - never flying China East airlines again
Cons: delayed. gate changes
Pros: Crew was pleasant, flight went as expected.
Cons: Only issue was being held on the tarmac for 50 minutes causing delayed takeoff. No other issues
Pros: The crew did a mediocre job of keeping us informed as to the delay of takeoff.
Cons: There was some type of mechanical or electric issue that delayed our flight by 30 minutes or so, which is unwelcome for a flight that late at night.
Cons: Everything. The most horrrble experience. Delayed for 2 hours of which 1 was spent in a motionless plane. Hot, no AC,no water, no food, and all because of their mistake
Pros: It was meh....
Cons: I got no notification that the flight was going to be 1 hour earlier
Pros: Seat was comfortable and food was nice.
Cons: Crew could’ve been nicer and more helpful. Boarding wasn’t efficient.
Cons: On time and comfortable
Pros: Was able to get to get to Narita Airport.
Cons: Okay and not any issues.
Pros: Good food. Very clean bathrooms. Great service
