What are the current travel restrictions for Assam?

Currently, India travel restrictions include travel to Assam. India has suspended most flights into the country until at least July 31. Certain categories of Indian nationals and residents may enter the country on repatriation flights arranged by Ministry of Civil Aviation. The Indian Ministry of Home Affairs has issued new guidelines permitting certain categories of foreign nationals to travel to India on business.
