A healthy gluten free sb Back choice would be nice! Great flight from Houston to Portland, OR. The landing, however, was abrupt and unsettling. The pilot told us we were beginning our descent about 30-40 minutes before landing BUT no warning as we got closer. With a rainy and cloudy night sky, we could not see that we were close to landing until suddenly the rough touch down shook us unexpectedly. Even a 5 minute update would have been helpful to prepare passengers for the landing jolt. Thank you.

The staff was not helpful during a situation that could have been avoided if the agent at the gate was more helpful. As a result of their lack of wanting to help me I am in a difficult situation. This all could have been avoided if this agent was more willing to help a customer.

Food should be better. Seat comfort wasn't so good. No leg space.
