First off, Tesla was not available when i went to pick up so they gave me an IONIQ Electric Vehicle. Contract said FULL charge and when i turned it on it only had 17% charge on it. i went back to advise AVIS they gave me another car MUSTANG MACH E. again contract said FULL charge but only had 75%. very frustrating and time consuming.

Landed at 12:30am and finally got a rental at 4:am. They had one person servicing a line of 50 people! Should always be two people minimum simply because of location.
