They booked us through a 3rd party without me realizing and then when our flight was delayed rental cars.com cancelled our reservation even though I couldn’t call them to amend our reservation because they were closed at 5pm. And they charged us several hundred dollars more than the listed kayak price.

Two customers for one vehicle. Car had a bad smell. Car had damage to driver’s side. Rear hatch was damaged. The wait at pick up was delayed, because Payless was closed at airport. Not happy with experience.
