They refused to present a car. My licence was not accepted. I don't understand why. Because my driving licence always accepted in whole Europe. I'm a traveller renting motorcycles and cars everywhere. But here they did not accept my driving licence. They decided that my licence is not international)). If my license is not international how other countries supply with motorcycles and cars.

The pickup took around an hour, including redoing virtually everything in my online purchase and signing all new contracts, after I believed I had already signed and paid for everything. Also I was told that the insurance I purchased from Kayak did not cover a bunch of things and that I needed a different credit card to secure a large deposit to cover potential damages not covered by that insurance.

they took the deposit and they didn’t return it back. staff were very rude and unprofessional. it was very bad experience with hertz Dubai unfortunately
Took a $20 taxi to pick up our car rental. Location was closed. I even got a reminder email the day before. Called Dollar. They confirmed location was closed. Dollar left me stranded and out $40 for the two taxi rides. AVOID DOLLAR. BAD COMPANY

Was to pick car up @2pm.got there 2.30pm had to wait over 30 minutes There was vibration on the steering over certain speed called them 3 to 4 times with my concern initially they offered a replacement but not the same they said they will call back . Nothing no calls . Unfortunate

The Thrifty staff was very unhelpful and showed he had no intention to even guide me. The drop off procedure was also very complicated and when I asked for help, he simply told me he had otherwise customers to attend, bearing in mind that this was about 10-15 minutes from the closing time so very unlikely there will be customers picking up cars.

The equipment used were satisfactory with basic options. The car we got was basically brand new with roughly 3000 kms. Thrifty car rental agents were amazing at Dubai airport.
Staff is very helpful, nice and flexible. The only thing is the cars are a bit old, the first one they give me had over 65k km and the second was 55k..

They did not have the car that was originally booked. But were gracious enough to upgrade me to a higher grade vehicle. Albeit that we felt that it was more expensive than it should have been. The people were very helpful and the vehicle was in excellent condition.
One of the worst experience , very bad car ,nissan sunny and no screen to connect with phone(very important to use navigator and I don't believe there is still some car with no screen , pick up the car from terminal 3 and I took an hour to get the documents and also I asked to drop the car at terminal 2 , she said we don't have a counter at terminal 2 , you have to drop the car at terminal 3 and take a taxi to T2 , later one I realized there is a counter at terminal 2 but it's funny the open from 1pm to 5 pm anyone else come before and after this time has to go to T1 or T3

high price ..they made me pay the ticket parking although i didnt park in it ... after they made me sign the contract the car they gave me was not the one i chose they forced me to take a small one and i was tired and had no choice ..

Drop off experience was a nightmare, Abel took 30 min to do the check out, he inspected the car from the bottom to the top like he was going to buy this car from me, his extremely slow pace was really frustrating when you have a flight to catch and you on the run!
