We had scheduled a pick up at midnight when our flight was supposed to arrive. Unfortunately, it ended up arriving two hours later. When we went to the front counter, there was a sign that said they were closed and to go to the third floor of the rental garage where there would be an attendant to help us. When we got to the third floor of the rental garage, however, there was a group of people waiting and no Enterprise attendant. Instead, there was a sign saying someone would be there by 9 am. So a bunch of people were waiting in a freezing cold parking garage with no one to give them their cars. Maybe this was just the Baton Rouge office, but to be safe I will avoid enterprise in the future. We were lucky to get an Uber at 2 am.

Customer service wasn’t horrible, but there were no cars and no reservation I made could be honored. You should not allow someone to book a reservation if you do not have the availability. I had to be in Dallas that same day and I wasn’t made aware that they couldn’t honor the rental until they opened up the next morning.

If I could give Dollar a minus star I would. Spent 1 hr and 45 minutes in a line to have the 1 lady working tell me they sold out of the cars I reserved over 1 week ago & even gave them a pick up time. Never offered an upgrade or alternative. I came in town for a funeral that I never made it to due to being in line almost 2 hours! Worst company and worst customer service. NEVER WILL I USE DOLLAR AGAIN. I feel like they owe me a plane ticket for making me miss my aunt's funeral.

Don't know about any of the above. Arrived at MSY to find Dollar with a 5 row line to the counter. Waited 30 min with only moving up 1 row. Which meant I had another 2 hr wait. Noted that all the other rental agencies had 0-2 person line. I went to FB to inform DOLLAR of the situation. The chat person said they would speak to the MSY office, but I didn't expect any improvement. I canceled the rental and rented from Alamo. In and out in 10 min.

This was awful, I get there and the car they gave me had a slew of water stains, smelled like smoke and had cigarette burns in the seats. I had to go back to the counter and they took an hour to give me another car. This car was missing body parts and bumper was loose. No-one looked at the car with me and claimed that I damaged the car when I returned it. I will NEVER use KAYAK of DOLLAR car rental service again.

The employee came out covered in sweat, gunk all over his shirt, pants falling off. He wasnt the most pleasant person to deal with and asked me for a copy of my insurance. NEVER in all my history of renting cars have I ever experienced this. I travel for work 2.5 weeks out of every month getting rental cars all over the global and have never had this. I don't have a copy of my declaration page on hand with me so I was forced to pay an extra $31 a DAY. Unbelievable but I had no choice since I needed the car asap

The initial pick up was satisfactory and I extended for 3 more days but I had to return because the AC started blowing hot air. Then I found out the lady knew the AC was an issue before she gave me the car. She wanted me to drive with hot air over the weekend until Monday. I refused and the treatment became horrible. After I stood there being ignored for about 20 minutes, the lady showed me to another car and said “you want it cold well that’s one is blowing “ and she walked away. I got in and realized the car was old and run down but my credit card was charged the same rental fee and insurance like the previous modern electronic model car. I would never recommend Ace to anyone. That lady needs training in customer service.

NOT AT THE AIRPORT. Kayak advertised this car service as being at the airport, but when you reach the section of the airport where all of the other car services are located, ACE picks you up in their car and brings you to another part of Kenner. You are then stuck there until you rent one of their cars.
