Old plane with poor seat pitch and USB ports that didn’t work.

The AA flight was delayed by 13hrs - I was auto rescheduled, cancelled and then auto rebooked with QF- then AA failed to reissue E ticket SYD to LAX and any advisal of the rebooking of the connecting flight LAX to SF. - I had to phone AA twice to resolve and luckily I was moved to Qantas. The crew, aircraft and entire QF experience was brilliant. I am not using AA again for international travel.
