Even though we paid to upgrade to the first row in the plane, we were not offered ANYTHING complimentary and had to ask for water. The staff was curt and unaccommodating. No one addressed crowds of people in the aisle and valley during the flight, all awaiting the rest room. It was more than 45 min after (minimal) service that anyone came by to collect rubbish. I would rate this about the worst airline I have ever been on, and I travel 50k+ miles/ year!

Flight there was fine, But the flight back was terrible. Was told the are was too foggy to land (must not be a very advanced plane) Circled around the area for more than an hour before being told we'd be dropped off at a city 1.5hours drive away. Arrived there in 30mins then sat on the plane waiting for the airport transport to take us to the terminal for another 15mins, Finally got an email saying a flight to our original destination was sorted but upon asking staff they said there was only a bus, Then had to take a bus ride during peak traffic hour from the city, in a slow bus, Ended up arriving several hours later, after a 06:00am flight on 1 meal. Would not fly again.
