This house is located walking distance from the medical center of San Antonio. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful with plenty of mature trees which gives a park-like feel. You have all the necessary amenities right next to you in a walking distance such as shopping, groceries, places of worship and all kind of restaurants. HEB super market is 3 miles from the house. However, my house is a minutes walk from the biggest park and ride bus station in the city. You are welcome to enjoy the house in its entirety from the kitchen to the yard and the private pool. Although the garage is out of use (converted to the game room), you will have private parking for 2 cars and plenty more off street. House is about 5 minutes drive to Northstar shopping mall, parks and to the airport. 10 minutes drive to the Zoo, Botanical gardens and to the famous flea market of San Antonio. 15 minutes drive to FIesta Texas - Sixflags, Downtown & Riverwalk, Sea world and more. Perfectly located in the middle of everything! Extremely close to Loop 410. No car is needed for the medical center. You can use Metro bus. Ride sharing is popular in San Antonio and we have Lyft and Uber. • Check in is at 3pm. No keys are required. • Checkout is at 10am.
