Pros: A great flight with friendly staff, comfy seats, good food, and great inflight entertainment.
Cons: The international transfer process at Manila airport was the worst I’ve ever seen. They had about 20 people standing at a desk for about 90 minutes with no explanation as to what was going on. In that time, nobody was released to go to their gate, but they wouldn’t explain what was happening. There were about 10 airport staff standing there, mostly doing nothing. The process was inefficient, to say the least. There was no place to sit, no toilets, no order to any of it. In most international airports, after you deplane, you just walk to your next gate. There seemed to be no logical reason for that awful experience. It would have been much faster to go through customs and then go through security, walking directly to the gate.
Cons: Good food. And not crowded passenger in the bus going to the plane
Pros: Portion of the food
Cons: More food for long flight
Pros: Friendly staff; value for the money
Cons: Boarding procedures not very organized
Pros: Nothing to like, seats are cramped and worn out.
Cons: No subtitles or closed captioning on movies or TV programs
Pros: The flying crew and flight itself was great
Cons: The boarding personnel and the luggages cares was terrible. I had probably the worst experience possible.
Pros: The cabin crews professional, kind, and helpful attitude all the time during the flight.
Cons: 1- The boarding, was very late as well as the departure. 2- The captain’s departing and landing technique, I had a feeling the plane was going to dismantle due to his harsh landing!. 3- The food’s quality.
Pros: Price is good
Cons: The food can be more improve
Pros: There was some form of entertainment that they provided in the form of iPads so I didn't feel bored on the flight as I have trouble sleeping on flights. Because Dubai has an issue with transferring my bags, the airline did find and place my bag on the next flight
Cons: Some of the programs had audio only and no videos. The food on the flight was subpar at best, the breakfast meal had scrambled eggs that had no form at all. THEY WERE RUNNY EGGS AND HAD THE CONSISTENCY OF BABY FOOD. Dubai has a habit of not transferring my checked bag to my continuing flight. And Dubai placed me on the wrong bus upon arrival so I couldn't get my bag to transfer my bag
Pros: Crew good. Seat better than airbus seats!
