Pros: comfortable but tight squeeze, flight was short so no problem but my husband is 6' 2"
Cons: they did the best, were polite, helpful other AC flights taken, this was probably the best
Pros: Boarding was straightforward and without all the fuss that one gets with the cheap airlines, or worse, with Air France. For economy tickets, the level of comfort was adequate, but the seats didn't return to upright easily and the entertainment screen took a whole load of taps before it responded sometimes. A reasonable level of service for the price, and the plane was on time.
Cons: The crew were disengaged. There were too many interruptions over the speaker system, first the English one, then just as you got back into your film, a Dutch one. I don't believe that have experienced such a level of disruption in some time.
Pros: My trip had two legs, Austin to Heathrow and Heathrow to Riyadh. The crew from Heathrow to Riyadh were great. I wish I could say the same about the crew from Austin to Heathrow.
Cons: Overall, the flight was fine. My comments are relative to BA 1st class. At best, I would rate it in the middle of the business class flights I've flown on other airlines. There is nothing about the experience that is actually 1st class from a separate lounge, to boarding, to in flight meals. The seats on my planes were worse than Turkish Airlines Business class (among many others). Storage around the seat is also FAR worse than other airlines products, even in business class. I had taken the same flights in November and 95-98% of the entertainment options were the same. There were, maybe, 2 new movies and 2-3 new documentaries/TV shows. The in seat charger only worked on one leg. Several meal options were "sold out." Mediocre at best.
Pros: inflight staff are good but on the ground staff at airport need a great deal of improvement
Cons: Delayed arrival at Bangalore by more than 1 hour.
Pros: Great flight, great crew, comfortable seats, good entertainment. I LOVE the AA 787s
Pros: How great everyone was and smooth sailing.
Cons: Made sure the flight was not over booked.
Pros: Crew where awesone and the choice of entertainment was fantastic
Cons: Seats way to close together
Pros: Crew was great! Friendly
Cons: Monitors for in flight entertainment didn’t work.
Pros: Thanks to COVID, minimal service
Cons: A cup of tea about $7.00. Can it be better. Certainly
Pros: The seat was good and the service was spot on
