Cons: My mom was supposed to take a JetBlue flight on 06/10/21 at 11:00pm. They called us, saying that the fight was delayed 4 hours. Meaning that she wasn’t going to make it to her next flight to Boston. We ended up changing the whole trip for the next day on Friday. When my mom got the la aurora airport no one told her that the flight was delayed again. But I could see it in my app. The flight ended up being late again and my mom missed her flight to Boston; and they wanted her to wait for more than 10 hours at the airport. And this is just now, my self and my mom had horrible experience with JetBlue before too. It is always one thing after the other, very sad!!
Cons: Not charging me 100 dollars For a luggage that was 56 pounds
Cons: Sarasota ticketing agent was not very nice at all 😟 Houston Gate agent was not nice either. We were treated like we were stupid for asking questions. I hope it’s not racism issues. I wished I had taken their names.
Pros: I managed to get a comfortable seating
Pros: I really like the preferred seating area and the crew overall
Cons: Boarding was communicated by areas one time only. I would suggest to repeat communication of the areas that were told to board before so if you missed the first one you don’t have to wait until the end
Pros: Flight was fine.
Cons: Crew was not very friendly.
Pros: Yes, Very good
Cons: Wouldn't let us on the flight when there was plenty of time to get there. Manager was arrogant and slow - didn't care. Poor policies at that airport.
Pros: I've never been on a flight with such narrow seat and thin cushion. There was no entertainment offered for the almost 4 hour flight. There was no means of charging any electronic gears. The airplane seems to be 30 years behind time. Crew was unfriendly and smiling faces are not part of the uniform.
Cons: Very narrow seats and thim cushion. No entertainment offered an do means of recharging electronic devices.
Pros: Customer service by the crew
Cons: Lufthansa still charges full price like usual, but on a 8+ hour flight to serve a cat size meal of pasta soaked in some pesto sauce is unacceptable! Thank god I had lunch at Frankfurt before departure! Covid-19 should not be an excuse for lack of services! I work for a company which falls into the Essential business category and despite the pandemic we NEVER EVER compromised with the top quality of our product! I am so dissatisfied with Lufthansa and what they have become, pale shadow of a great company, very sad....
