They seat you separately and force you to pay extra to be seated together - save yourself some stress and pay extra to fly with a reasonable airline that isn’t hiding fees for something like seating arrangements. Sitting apart on a 13 hour flight is certainly not what we were expecting for the price of the flights - neither was the blunt, unhelpful service we received.

Night snacks (some kind of pie) was served without utensils. Seats very uncomfortable (compared to economy class of other carriers e.g., SG, TG, CZ, etc), inflight entertainment not responsive and frustrating to use, boarding process chaotic and passengers rushing to board. Staff need to learn crowd control. SQ does this well imho.

Old plane , all the electricity to seats was not working so no way to adjust seats and no entertainment Crew was really good Lucky this was only a 1 hour flight

The seat was very uncomfortable, even for a 2-hour flight. The food was bad, it was the first day of Malaysia Airlines changing the food provider, not much of a choice onboard.
