Pros:It’s nice that they offer food on such a short flight, but it would be nicer if they offered an option without meat.
Cons:Being told to not use phones (in airplane mode) for quite some time before takeoff and touch down. Never been a concern in the past
The main problem is that it is almost impossible to reach customer service for anything. I was trying to select vegetarian meal option and the website gives error. I tried reaching customer service through chat, email and phone to no success. They put you on hold and don’t get any response from email.
Their aircraft are old. But otherwise they’re very nice. At BKK, everyone will have access to their lounge before departure. On flight, cabin attendants were very attentive, even for an hour flight they have full meal service.
