Pros: The crew were nice
Cons: Everything else Check in Seat assignments My seat kept going back it was so uncomfortable there was zero over head space even for my small bag
Pros: Not much to say here. It was a short flight, and it went smoothly.
Cons: I’ll say the same thing about almost every flight I have, and this is mostly for the airlines. People might fly more and pay a bit more if you give us more room. Being crammed into a tiny seat with a bunch of strangers is never pleasant. Same in this flight. Nothing terrible, just the usual. Also, to the other passengers, sit down until it’s your turn to exit. What is wrong with you that you can’t sit five more minutes? Be polite and let the people in front of you go first, let them have room to grab their bags instead of having your elbows in their face.
Pros: Service, food and entertainment.
Cons: Comfort. Flight was cramped.
Pros: New aircraft, had a VOD service in your own device, also optional paid WiFi. We were offered water during the flight. The price was good and everything went smooth.
Cons: Security in PRG airport is done at the gate - after the duty free shops, so there's no way to go back. No toilet or water fountain at the gate area after security - only a vending machine is available and benches. You can bring liquids bought in the duty free shops only if you ask at the cashier to get it packed in a special bag. That's probably not the airlines fault, but it is something to note when departing from PRG. The check in process is also very slow, that is due to Israeli security questioning, the line gets all around the terminal.
Cons: Never again low cost Poor seating, no food
Pros: How great everyone was and smooth sailing.
Cons: Made sure the flight was not over booked.
Cons: Seats are old and worn. Pitch is Ok. BEG is bad, at least if you connect there to the JFK flight. You have to go to different desks to verify passport (!) and pass additional security control where they don't let you carry in any tax free purchases you make at your originating airport although you never leave the transit area. Boarding is chaotic with no staging.
Pros: Crew and c/i were kind
Cons: Boarding was disorganized and poorly managed. No sections no organization of luggage and storage etc
Pros: Comfortable’ish seats, left on time... arrived early!
Cons: Boarding is, continues to be, a big issue! Not organized, everyone trying to jump ahead of others...
Cons: Ticket was booked as Czech Airlines operated by Smartwing. Kayak directed me to checking in on Czech Airlines but did not work, spent nearly 2 hours to figure out I need to check in on Smartwing .com, but luggage fee needs to be paid to Czech Airlines, and seat selection fee paid to Smartwing.
