Cons: All good but crew wasn't very attentive - for example i had had to put my suitcase quite a few rows back because of lack of space at the end of the flight i had to wait for most of the plane to empty out in order to be able to retrieve it - the crew member who had originally indicated i put my suitcase further back and who was standing right by the cabin where the suitcase was stored saw all of this but didn't move to help in the slightest even though he knew i was waiting for a chance to get to my suitcase - in my experience of customer service i would have gotten it for the passenger and brought it to them to reduce the wait time
Pros: Nothing. I was sold a ticket for 709 dollars and wasn’t told I couldn’t get on until showing up to the gate. Therefore I had to spend 1000 more dollars to book another ticket because budget air wouldn’t change or refund the flight.
Cons: Not selling a ticket with a layover where someone with a US passport cannot travel through at the moment. Be more forthcoming.
Cons: Wouldn't let us on the flight when there was plenty of time to get there. Manager was arrogant and slow - didn't care. Poor policies at that airport.
Pros: Yes, Very good
Pros: Nothing with this company
Cons: Yes, if refund my money due to canceled flight not by my fault
Pros: 3 hours flight, on time.
Cons: During the time of COVID, I would expect the crew to follow restrictions and procedures. Nobody from the crew paid attention if all passengers have their face masks. In fact, most of the passengers didn't have masks on their mouth and nose. Many of them didn't have them at all. Crew didn't care. If this is how LOT pays attention to our health during travel, I will definitely not fly with them anymore. 2 months earlier flying with Lufthansa and all crew was very strict about the rules and everybody on board was wearing a mask.
Pros: All is great.
Cons: Nothing is not good.
