Pros: Entertainment
Cons: The seat space/leg room is tiny. I found it impossible to fall asleep, being in the middle of a row of three with two "big" people in either side.
Reviews
Pros: I appreciate the choice of snacks.
Cons: The coffee served on the flight was lukewarm.
Reviews
Pros: It was meh....
Cons: I got no notification that the flight was going to be 1 hour earlier
Reviews
Pros: The flight attendants were fabulous on this flight.
Cons: Older plane that showed lots of grime from past travelers. The seats in my row had old spills that seemed to have run down the backs of the seats and dried over. Gross!
Reviews
Cons: I was not aware that I flew in Narita and flew out of another airport.

Pros: The service is really good. The only downside is that you have to be in Doha. But it’s always nice to leave Doha.
Cons: The push button entertainment system doesn’t work well. You have to keep pressing buttons to make a movie play. And by pressing buttons, I mean, you have to hit the screen and wake up the person whose head is on the other side of the headrest.

Pros: At least it was delayed so we could make it to SFO.
Cons: The American Airlines flight was delayed so the delayed flight from Honolulu could make it to Los Angeles and not subject AA to additional complaints. We arrived at close to midnight and worried about getting the car out of the parking lot without incurring additional charges of and additional day. The food was not great.
Reviews
Pros: Well the crew was very kind and helpful and approachable. This is good even though one might not need anything other than the usual but the seemed very friendly
Cons: The change of gates and not updated in the chart soon enough so one would go to assigned gate just to realized it has been changed.
Reviews
Pros: I've never been on a flight with such narrow seat and thin cushion. There was no entertainment offered for the almost 4 hour flight. There was no means of charging any electronic gears. The airplane seems to be 30 years behind time. Crew was unfriendly and smiling faces are not part of the uniform.
Cons: Very narrow seats and thim cushion. No entertainment offered an do means of recharging electronic devices.
