Pros: The aircraft was good Ahead of time arrival Immigration at AbuDhabi
Cons: In tag
Cons: This is my first flight with Turkish Airlines. It is much better than every Europe Airline company. Until the Covid19 pandemic is over I will not fly to Europe with any European company. Turkish Airline are that good. On top of that you get to transport two big bags of luggage for free.
Pros: I've never been on a flight with such narrow seat and thin cushion. There was no entertainment offered for the almost 4 hour flight. There was no means of charging any electronic gears. The airplane seems to be 30 years behind time. Crew was unfriendly and smiling faces are not part of the uniform.
Cons: Very narrow seats and thim cushion. No entertainment offered an do means of recharging electronic devices.
Pros: Nothing. I was sold a ticket for 709 dollars and wasn’t told I couldn’t get on until showing up to the gate. Therefore I had to spend 1000 more dollars to book another ticket because budget air wouldn’t change or refund the flight.
Cons: Not selling a ticket with a layover where someone with a US passport cannot travel through at the moment. Be more forthcoming.
Cons: Safely any time
Cons: Nice flight cheap n cheerful
Cons: Food service was very slow. Flight from Dubai Seattle did not provide PPE
Cons: Over all is ok
Cons: All good but crew wasn't very attentive - for example i had had to put my suitcase quite a few rows back because of lack of space at the end of the flight i had to wait for most of the plane to empty out in order to be able to retrieve it - the crew member who had originally indicated i put my suitcase further back and who was standing right by the cabin where the suitcase was stored saw all of this but didn't move to help in the slightest even though he knew i was waiting for a chance to get to my suitcase - in my experience of customer service i would have gotten it for the passenger and brought it to them to reduce the wait time
