There was no wifi available and the food wasn't amazing. Seata are also very small

The boarding process was chaotic. The communication was lacking with both the ground and cabin crew. The seats were very uncomfortable.

The staff and airplane is great. It’s a new company and feels fresh, they’re trying to make a good impression, and they did. The seat was narrow, not great for a 7 hour flight, but I am tall and broad- shouldered. For an economy flight it was a good value. They send me a number of emails in French that weren’t translatable to English, hoping I would upgrade my ticket, which I wish had been in English. Overall, very good.

Absolutely horrible seats which need to be replaced. Felt like there was no cushioning at all, and you sit on 2x4s. My neighbor could not lift her seat at all, despite the flight attendant’s attempt to fix. Very cramped seats too, and I’m fairly slim. Anyone 6’ or higher would be screwed in anything less than first class. A la carte sandwiches were dry and would not cost half the cost once you’re off the plane. The crew was nice, and tried their best to be attentive to our needs.

Everything was good,plane clean,crew nice but not providing ear sets shocked me. Asking to buy it for 3 Euros was ridiculous
