We have had an absolutely horrific experience so far getting home from Australia despite the $18,000 + flight we booked with you. The flight did not deplane in Dallas because there was no available gate or staircase. We sat in the plane for 3 hours waiting to deplane. As a result we missed our connecting flight to New York. American Airlines put us up in a hotel several miles away. We waited 45 minutes for a shuttle and The shuttle driver was horribly rude and unhelpful. They offered us $70 vouchers for food but actually there was no food left when we arrived minus some chicken nuggets and corn dogs. It was awful. Horrible way to end a vacation. There has to be accountability here.

Boarding was keep delaying when I was going to San Francisco and coming back too .it wasn't a big delay bt still wasn't been on time . Other than that crew was very friendly and helped my kid when he was having bad nausea. Food was good too .

Seat comfort and leg room was very minimum..could not sleep at all..too close to front seats and felt trapped in our seats.

Not being crowed in FIJI airport. And waiting (two workers) one belt, hour to go through customs, with over 300 people, to get back on the next flight. If it wasn't for that We would use them more.

Very friendly crew, puts you at ease with the chill Fiji vibe as soon as you enter. Timely and efficient. Entertainment options could improve. Adding a separate web check in line at SFO airport (as is the case at MEL airport) would be very helpful for those who have already checked in online and only need baggage weight checked.
