Our flight was delayed 50min - that’s unacceptable. Also my baggage was delayed on the carrousel too. There was also a young lady 3 rows behind me that was talking on the phone after we had taken off. We were flying in the air for 30sec and she was still on the phone and I had to tell her to get off it. The staff didn’t say anything to her not even the passengers sitting next her . Nor was there an announcement about switching off phones or putting them into flight mode - first time ever . I travel every month - so I was extremely disappointed and miffed!!!
