The Neighborhood: Central West End is the nicest and amongst the most upscale neighborhood in St. Louis! Great bars and restaurants, safe, close to the local hospital system, and everything's in walking distance! We are right adjacent to the American Cancer Society Hope Lodge; we gladly welcome all guests who are in town for medical treatments and traveling medical professionals! Getting Around: Everything is a short 10 minute Uber ride or drive away, including the Basilica and the Arch! Take the electric dockless Lime or Bird scooters if you are seeking a more adventurous transportation method Other Things to Note: Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. No smoking No parties or events Late check out fee is at $50/hour There's a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors No weapons or firearms allowed of any sort. Violators will be reported to police, escorted off the premise by security, and the contract will be immediately terminated. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.
