Pros: Not much
Cons: Why no service in first class?
Cons: I hated everything about this 8 hour flight. Going to and coming from Toyko. The seats were EXTREMELY, EXTREMELY uncomfortable. I had to keep adjusting my body because my lower back was in so much pain. I ordered a kosher meal for both my sister and I but they only bought it for her. When I asked where was mine they said they didn’t see my name when I was the one who bought the tickets. It was extremely frustrating. I will never fly on this airline again.
Pros: Everything was amazing! Crew was helpful, thoughtful and kind.
Cons: Nothing. It was great. Strongly recommend.
Pros: The sanitizing of the aircraft was beyond expectations. The personal wipes were a plus so we could clean the areas around our seats to our satisfaction. The individual snack bags are a great idea to minimize handling. The boarding rear to front should have been in place years ago and the deplaning was about normal front to rear with distancing.
Cons: The gate attendant was a little snarky; shirt with an older passenger. The snacks were just okay; almonds would be good, or kind bars.
Pros: Pretty standard seats and leg room. Courteous and friendly crew.
Cons: Air Canada Rouge is pretty much the same as Air Canada except for entertainment service and I would say meal service. The entertainment service means you have to download their app, but unfortunately the streaming service wasn't always working. In terms of meal service you have to pay for alcohol.
