Everything was great except boarding. We were unable to check ahead of time no matter what! Had to pay extra for luggage at ticket counter due to not checking in earlier but system would freeze. It happened both times going and coming back. I downloaded the mobile app, and it said it would take 5 days to review my case! Very frustrating. Still waitong tp hear from them) The lines were ridiculously long and timely. AZUL check-in was for all flights at once. Did not separate destinations. Makes us think twice about traveling with them again.

The worst flight ever. I have never been in such tight seats. I’m not a big person and my knees touched the seat infront of me, I was touching others sitting next to me and seats barley reclined. Couldn’t sleep a single minute in my overnight flight.

The A/C was off during the boarding process, it was very hot. Also, the luggage was totally wet in Bolivia, looks like that they left the bags out for too long during the rain. That ruined several clothes.

Seats are cramped. No drinking water. Check inn was slow, just two people at the counter. Toilets in the plane were dirty.
