Delayed for two days. Really bad for everyone. Customers, employees, everyone that this airline is having operations issues. It would also be beneficial if the gate agents would speak English while everyone is still in the US. It's ridiculous that as an American that I can't understand what I'm being told about my flight status while I'm still on American soil. I will fly Azul when I'm in the interior of Brazil, but I think I'm done trying to fly Azul Internationally. This disaster ended up costing me an additional $800 that I will never recover from Azul. If you book Azul go a day early at least to the airport if it's not your home airport. It's sad how this airline has decided to proceed. I hate it for their employees

Mostly friendly employees, choice of snacks and beverages. Although on one of the flights there was only one snack left out of three.

The A/C was off during the boarding process, it was very hot. Also, the luggage was totally wet in Bolivia, looks like that they left the bags out for too long during the rain. That ruined several clothes.

As I mentioned in my other review, the flight was uncomfortable. For a 5.5-hour trip, there was only water and two cookies provided. This is absolutely ridiculous, especially considering how much we pay for these tickets. I was sitting near one of the exit rows, which gave me some leg space, but I couldn't believe how many passengers were having a horrible time with such uncomfortable seats and no food whatsoever. The only refreshment offered was a simple 20-ounce glass of water throughout the flight..
