They found me Confirmation number really easy and the had a good car for us. It was not clean like I wanted it but I just got out some wipes.

Tried to book car with a company card, flew to Amarillo and then ubered to the hertz location only to be told at the desk the names on the card and my ID needed to be matching- something I was not alerted to at any point during the reservation process- and was told there was nothing they could do for me. Had to go back to the airport and fly to another city where I could get a car-share.

The location did not have any vehicles and called me to tell me they didn't know when they would be getting one so I had to cancel. They need to not show availability if there aren't cars available.

I went to pick up the car per my reservation and they had no cars available. They said they didn’t have to call and tell me that Kayak should have. So I had no car even though I had reservations. I had to cancel my trip.

Flight didn’t get in to Amarillo until 9:30 pm as scheduled. Attendant thought we would be there at noon.? Requested a mid size SUV and received a small suv. Front right tire kept losing air while In Tx and Az. and had to get air about 5 times. Not sure if problem was with tire or info gauge inside car. Problem resolved itself once we got into Nevada. Drop off was convenient and attendant was a very nice lady.

Not friendly or helpful. They charged for mileage. Gave us a POS 4 year old car with 53k miles on it, that i had to get the oil changed in because it kept going into Limp mode. Tires needed replacing.

They charged double over my copy. No call back from manager to resolve.
