Enterprise needs to get their program together. We reserved a vehicle and then received a call from the local rental office telling me they do not have the vehicle. So, we called again only to have the registration confirmed a 2nd time. when we arrived, they said they did not have the vehicle. We received a confirmation number twice!! no vehicle, so yes i am not satisfied. this place is a joke, and I will let everyone know how screwed up they are, if i am asked of course, i am not going out of my way to bash this poorly ran company.

Drove 2 hours each way with six teens (2 are giants) with their bags, 5 days worth of food, plus grandparents and all fit comfortably. Van handled safely in the high winds. Surprised at the better than expected mileage.

Didn’t have a van available. Offered an suv but wouldn’t reduce price. Rude behavior from person employee. When I said I wouldn’t rent from here again. He said please don’t. Then he said FUCK you to me. Then said duck you back. What kind of employee says that to a customer He followed me as I was walking out the door and repeated, say it to my face. So I said fuck you again. He wanted to fight. The exchange went on for a few minutes then I left. I have never experienced such rude behavior from any business. Would never rent from dollar again, ever.

excellent experience renting a car from dollar. Staff at desk was very helpful and solicitous. Extremely nice. Car was clean and ran great! Would definitely use them again. Manager was very helpful also and very nice. Biggest drawback for me was not being open on weekends, but overall experience was great!
