Fast and easy pickup and drop off. Friendly staff.
After making a reservation, they didn't have a car. I explained I had a family emergency I needed to get back home to. I was just told them not having a car was due to an internet communication issue. When searching for another rental,, their location came up as having several cars available, so I went back in to ask, just to make sure. Not once did they look at the computer to see if there was availability, and, as I was walking out, I heard the two employees laughing. Very inconsiderate, unprofessional staff.

The car they gave me was very comfortable, gas was filled and when I dropped it off, the receipt was exactly what I signed up to pay. No hidden fees that I noticed. Great experience overall.

Pick up was terrible. Waited in line for over an hour and with only one customer service rep. Easily took 10 minutes on average with each customer.

Enterprise is conveniently located in this airport’s baggage claim area. Drop-off was quick & easy. An attendant promptly arrived for check-out. The walk from drop off isn’t long, no shuttle needed. Staff members were pleasant and helpful. This was one of the easiest car rentals I’ve experienced.

We appreciated being upgraded to a larger vehicle for our trip. We loved getting to drive the expedition but it smelled so bad like cigarette smoke. My leather bags now smell like smoke after driving in the car for a few days. I know it is hard to get the smell of smoke out of the car but maybe an air freshener could have helped mask the smell somewhat.

Waited for over an hour just to pick up the car. Car smelled like it has been smoked in a ton, and masked with potpourri. Car looked dirty too…looked like they spent 5 mins cleaning it before handing it off to us. Didn’t want to say anything to the agent because we couldn’t spend another second at the location, after already being there for over an hour. Also received 3 different responses about dropping off at another location and any fee associated with that.
The service was horrible, the lady who attended me, was so rude, I felt she was racist and she didn't treat me polite, she was screaming to me all the time, and told me something like "why I rent a car if I don't speak English". This was the worse experience service in my life.

There was a mix up with the pickup location to start. We came into the airport but the rental location was in town. They charged us an extra 180 to move the pickup location. Then on the tail end, our flight was delayed 3 hours. Called to see if we could drop off late so we wouldn't be stuck at the airport that whole time and they tried to change us for an extra day. I guess I expect all rental car companies to nickel and dime their customers so it was expected. But still pretty bad business practices and I wouldn't rent a car if I didn't have to.

Hertz online booking needs some work. We booked a one-way, once we arrived they said the could not provide a car. They seem to be the only rental car provider that wasn’t able to block one-way booking on their website or through other booking options, i.e. kayak, Priceline. Their customer service was not helpful in resolving the issue. Hours wasted driving to and from their location. I will not be using Hertz in the future

Literally ANY rental company over this hertz location. Jessica was trying to help me get into the standard SUV(equinox or equal size) I ordered but her boss (who claimed to own hertz) told her that the compact SUV was all they had for me “you either take this or leave”. In no way was she helpful, never offered an upgrade or a discount for the smaller vehicle, her customer service was AWFUL. I was on vacation with my 2 year old twins (car seats, baggage, pack and plays, all the things it takes to travel with children and she wanted to tell me take this small compact car when I absolutely ordered something bigger, had the nerve to tell me take it or go and still wanted to charge me for the bigger vehicle. She was an absolute troll and after leaving to go get a better vehicle at budget for less money I looked up that location and it was nothing but bad reviews. Makes sense - poor management.
