Everyone was very helpful in the process, no wait for my car besides getting all my info which is reasonable, everything was explained to me and clear. Only thing I would say is it was difficult to find where to pick up the car, little confusing but once I found it everything went smoothly. Return was even easier, took 2 minutes!
