Waited 1.5 hours to pick up the car, some of it outside in 98 degree heat as the line was too long to fit in the trailer they use at EWR.

Was at least 4 hour wait to get car. Would not allow us to come in building because line was too long. No communication of what was going on and not organized. Customer service is a thing of the past for Dollar at Newark Airport.

Kayak allows you to book a reservation with Dollar (and takes your money!) even when they have no cars. Beware! Just because you have a confirmation number does not mean they have a car for you! You have to call and verify with Dollar directly.
