Horrible. They allowed me to make a reservation for that same day online along with an upfront fee, and then when I arrived a staff member clarified that if you'd made a same day reservation "thrifty will not honor it." So basically they scammed tons of people by letting them book online then refusing to honor it. Just raking in the partial up front fee from who knows how many people just because stock was low and it appeared like one of the only options left.

The first lady that was trying to help me gave me to small SUV when I ordered a full size one. Please use correct car photos instead of misleading people to when they are actually getting. I then bought a 3rd party insurance and the lady at dollar told me that was good and FORCED me to buy $100 insurance through them!!!!?? Forced me to get it!! It didn't even seem like she wanted to be at work and keep sending people to other places to pick up their reservations. I will never use dollar rental ever again and will hell everyone of my experience.

They didn’t honor the reservation. I got to the airport to pick up the car, and they announced that they weren’t honoring same-day reservations. So I did not get a car from Dollar, and will never rent from them again.

1. Extremely overbooked. Some customer supposed to pick up the car at night but no car left. They had to uber back and forth from their hotel the next day. 2. Extremely under-staffed. Waited 3 hours (1 hour outside waiting for cars get returned and washed. It was 110F outside and I almost passed out without water) I have all the pictures and videos recorded with time. 3. My car was full of scratches and a big dent. Car gas was not filled fully, it was 10% short. (About 5-10 dollars). I told the person checked me out at the gate about the scratches and asked him to leave a note in the system. They ended up still charging me when I dropped off! STAY AWAY!

There was no car’s available when we went to pick up a car, and they didn’t know if or when we would receive a car. We rented a suv and was given a small pick up truck. We rented a suv because we needed the extra room but was told a small pickup truck was all they had. They also said they wouldn’t give us a shuttle to the airport because they didn’t have time or vehicles to do that so we had to figure out our own transportation to the airport because we were told they didn’t have time for us! Don’t think I will use Enterprise in the future.

They didn’t have the size car we reserved, which would’ve been better, but they gave us a fairly nice SUV. The customer service was great. WARNING- you have to make your way there on your own arriving at the airport. I assumed when making the reservation that it was at the airport, but there is no shuttle for this Paradise Rd location. We walked the mile from the airport, although they did drive us to the airport on our return.

Due to a delayed Southwest flight, the facility closed at 5pm and I wasn't able to get my car. Instead I went to the Sixt car rental facility at the airport and paid for another car. I've tried to reach out to Sixt, but they have yet t reply. Very disappointed.

I honestly loved everything. Picking up the car was super easy and the woman who assisted us allowed us to change our drop off time. I absolutely LOVED how there's a drop box for keys if you want to drop the car off during after-hours. That made our schedule a lot easier since we had an early-morning flight. The car was clean, smelled good, and maintained well. I also loved how there was unlimited miles as long as you fill up the tank before drop off. 11/10 would recommend to anyone seeking to rent a car!

I had NO issue with Easirent!! I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH GETTING IN CONTACT WITH KAYAK!!!! It shouldn't be difficult to verbally contact a company if there's a problem!! I will NOT be using KAYAK again and I will not recommend you either!! Google, Facebook, Tweeter, YELP and any one else I can reach!!

Upon arrival at rental agency I was number 12 in a long line of folks in to pick up the cars. The process for check-in was very slow. I waited about 60 minutes before moved into position 1. Not until getting to the check-in desk did I learn that cars are not to be taken out of state (Nevada). If taking out of state there is a steep one time ADDed charge. Also one leaves without any paperwork, contract. It is emailed later in the day. Also, one needs to show auto liability insurance and if one cannot show coverage you MUST buy insurance from Easirent. The details of the rental are not straight forward…..
