Washer and dryer in Resort on every other floor, no laundry service(you can do laundry as needed with the washers and dryers located in the resort). No daily housekeeping. This is a Heron type unit, oceanview unit. Oceanaire Resort has a 21+ indoor pool only but shares amenities with the Ocean Beach Club next door which has an indoor and outdoor pool. When you stay at Oceanaire you have access to Ocean Beach Clubs pools and other amenities also! Please note, these are Timeshare units. As a timeshare guest, you are required to supply your own toiletries, toilet paper, soaps, etc. for the full week, the resort does not supply you this stuff! If you have any questions in reference to this before booking, please ask! Resort will take an imprint of your credit card at checkin and put $200 hold in case of damages and release it when you checkout. 1 parking spot is included with the rental. **NO GUARANTEE ON ANY AMENITIES AT THE RESORT BEING OPEN, WE DON'T HAVE CONTROL OVER THE POOL, ETC. Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement with VB Timeshare Rentals, Inc upon reserving a unit/week, prior to receiving confirmation of reservation.
