Smoking and drug use are not allowed inside the unit, on the premises or in the hallways of the building. This includes vapes, weed, or other illegal substances. There is a $1000 fine if discovered. 2. Parties are not allowed in this property, including loud music. There is a fee of $1000 if a party is discovered or if a neighbor complains about excessive noise. Quiet Hours: 10pm - 8am. 3. If an excessive mess is discovered after your stay, you will be charged accordingly on top of the standard cleaning fee. Please leave only 1 bag of trash in the can maximum at the property. 4. The cleaning that you pay for is to pay for how you find the home. Please leave it as you found it when you first arrived (more or less). If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently after you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee, price depends how long it takes to clean up after you (we hire 3rd party cleaners to come clean). We don’t expect you to scrub the home but simply pick up your trash and leave it decent enough that your mom would be proud! (= 5. Standard check-out is 11 am. We do not allow packages/mail to be sent to the address you’re staying at. You may deliver items to the door, or to a local FedEx/UPS. We cannot help you to retrieve delivered mail. 10. You are booking with a valid government-issued ID and are not engaging in fraud or identity theft. 11. There are security cameras outside of the unit at the entrance. Blocking or disconnecting these devices will lead to immediate termination of your stay with no refund. 12. No shoes in the house, please take them off in the front. If you wear shoes in the house please make sure they are clean. 13. Please do not wash hair down the drain, no one likes clogged drains and we all know how problematic hair and drains can be, please treat it as your own home.
