Pros: Air China Staff in Malpensa Milan are amazing. Friendly and helpful. Can’t emphasise this enough
Reviews
Pros: I appreciate the choice of snacks.
Cons: The coffee served on the flight was lukewarm.
Reviews
Pros: The service is really good. The only downside is that you have to be in Doha. But it’s always nice to leave Doha.
Cons: The push button entertainment system doesn’t work well. You have to keep pressing buttons to make a movie play. And by pressing buttons, I mean, you have to hit the screen and wake up the person whose head is on the other side of the headrest.
Reviews
Pros: Very good entertainment system.
Cons: Food was horrible. No drink service. Old seat.
Reviews
Pros: It was meh....
Cons: I got no notification that the flight was going to be 1 hour earlier
Reviews
Cons: I was not aware that I flew in Narita and flew out of another airport.
Reviews
Pros: At least it was delayed so we could make it to SFO.
Cons: The American Airlines flight was delayed so the delayed flight from Honolulu could make it to Los Angeles and not subject AA to additional complaints. We arrived at close to midnight and worried about getting the car out of the parking lot without incurring additional charges of and additional day. The food was not great.
Reviews
Pros: Entertainment
Cons: The seat space/leg room is tiny. I found it impossible to fall asleep, being in the middle of a row of three with two "big" people in either side.
Reviews
Pros: La atencion , la abilidad y sobre todo su cortesia..
