I will never rent a car in Durango Mexico. I was told to pay $627 dollars for 3 weeks including insurance. I ended up paying double. $1,254 dollars plus $125 cash I was told to pay. I knew that money was for the agent. Couldn't do anything because my flight was at 7am and they Budget opened at 6:15am. I was in a hurry. They took advantage of the situation. The car was a 2022 Mitsubishi. It looked like a 2012 car. AC didn't work. The back windows were manual. If you please make an investigation and help me out to get my money back of $627, I would appreciate it. I got ripped off paying double.
