The staff in Aguadilla as well as the staff in San Juan airport were very helpful. Jorge was very friendly and professional.

When we arrived and tried to call for the courtesy van, the message said the office was closed. That was very upsetting. Thank goodness the courtesy van showed up just the same. It seems the main office, which regulates the phone, has not bothered to update the message. Otherwise, the local office employees were great. The experience was quick, easy and courteous.

The Staff are kind and provide good service, but I suggest to the company that in the busy hours they should have at least 2 people doing the paper work to be more efficient and faster.

Car was great. Had to Purchase $100 for insurance that was not brought up until arrival.

I was traveling alone with young children and they left me stranded by giving my vehicle to someone else after Spirit has delayed my flight due to no pilot available which was completely out of my control. Less than one hour is all I took for them to hand my reservation to someone else. My rental was to be picked up at 2am and we landed right before 3am, by the time they answered the call, they said it was too late and my car was given to someone else. I was traveling with a 7yr and 11yr old. I didn’t make it to my destination until 8am due to being left stranded. It was a horrible experience.

I’m pretty sure this place is a bait and switch scam. The customer service rep shuttled us from the airport but when we arrived he immediately told us our reservation had been cancelled because our flight had been significantly delayed and they were completely out of cars. PR is an island and inventory is finite, so this is not an unheard of situation. However, that was the only flight arriving in Aguadilla that afternoon and we were the first and only customers on the shuttle. And if they were out of cars, the rep would have been aware before picking us up. He was very quick to recommend going to the local private rental company across the parking lot, since we had already been shuttled from the airport and there is no ride share and limited taxi service in town. Our Airbnb was half a mile away so my husband, 5 year old, and I ended up walking on the shoulder of a major roadway with all our luggage in the rain and made a car reservation at Hertz for the next day. You’re better off at literally any other major rental company in town—Hertz, Thrifty, Avis, National, Alamo, Enterprise lots are all walking distance from the arrivals terminal and have plenty of inventory.

The actual process of picking up/dropping off the car was quick and easy. The shuttle picking us up from the airport took close to 30min after calling almost 10 times. That was a big turn off. The additional fees also were unexpected and the car ended up costing over $100 than what I had reserved it for.

Just the hours. Lost 5 hours because the rental close at 5om and my flight was at 10:pm. Other than that everything was perfect

We didn’t have any experience with them since they cancelled our reservation. Our flight has been cancelled, ee arrived 2 days later and since we didn’t show up, they cancelled. I had sent an email to them to let them know but they didn’t received it. They never sent me an email either, I would have like to be informed, I would have paid the 2 days. There is no way to get in touch with them, I was stocked at Toronto airport because of tje Covid.
