I thought that customer service needs to improve. Employees should not walk around or help customer's when feeling stressed and not being able to control their emotions. Should also be a few employees there.

My capital one card was rejected causing me to use my own insurance and pay an extra $60. Capital one and Visa couldn't provide an explanation. I pay $450 for this card and all it's perks, one being rental car insurance. I will notify both of my issues when I return home. Your terrible policies wasted an hour of my time and cost me $60. Thanks for nothing and I'll be sure to leave as many negative reviews as possible.

The only thing is change is for the shuttle to either be at the airport waiting when your fight gets in or let you know that you have to call. We waited for a bit before we figured out we had to call. The shuttle did come quickly once we called though.

When we arrived and tried to call for the courtesy van, the message said the office was closed. That was very upsetting. Thank goodness the courtesy van showed up just the same. It seems the main office, which regulates the phone, has not bothered to update the message. Otherwise, the local office employees were great. The experience was quick, easy and courteous.

When I booked, it said Alamo was INSIDE THE TERMINAL. It is not, and I wanted to have a rental company right in the terminal because I had a small child with me. Getting him on and off the shuttle was rough.

We didn’t have any experience with them since they cancelled our reservation. Our flight has been cancelled, ee arrived 2 days later and since we didn’t show up, they cancelled. I had sent an email to them to let them know but they didn’t received it. They never sent me an email either, I would have like to be informed, I would have paid the 2 days. There is no way to get in touch with them, I was stocked at Toronto airport because of tje Covid.

I was traveling alone with young children and they left me stranded by giving my vehicle to someone else after Spirit has delayed my flight due to no pilot available which was completely out of my control. Less than one hour is all I took for them to hand my reservation to someone else. My rental was to be picked up at 2am and we landed right before 3am, by the time they answered the call, they said it was too late and my car was given to someone else. I was traveling with a 7yr and 11yr old. I didn’t make it to my destination until 8am due to being left stranded. It was a horrible experience.

Avis contacted me the day before i was to puck up my car I told them that the plane would not be arriving until almost 4am and asked when the counter was closed. They said 4am. But told me someone would stay until i arrived. Went right to counter and no one was there. I had to rent from Hertz for a day and return to swap cars the next day. Also Avis gave me a car that the registration expired while i had the car. I was stopped 3 times by the police about it. Tried to call Avis during their hours with no answer. Drove back to airport and someone was there. I asked why no on answers their phone and they just shrugged.

Our flight was delayed due to issues at the airport. Being that it is a small airport I called to adjust my rental time. It took all day to reach someone at the local office. Someone finally picked up at 10pm. They said they didn’t know the flight was delayed. And that the manager would be in the next day at 1 pm. Got a hold of the manager. He said they would release my reservation if I didn’t pick up the car within a hour of the originally scheduled time. They were not going to be open when my flight arrived. And there were no more cars available anyway. The manager did tell me that I could call right before my flight to see if there were any cars available. But that was not guaranteed and I would’ve needed to wait at the airport for another 4 hours after landing to pick up the car. This nearly forced us in to cancelling our trip. Very unhappy with the situation over all.

Horrible just horrible. Car was infested with roaches. Then when i went to EXCHANGE IT they wouldnt give me the proper paperwork to verify an exchange. Then one worker started recording the event on social media. Then they cancelled my reservation and left me and my elderly mother and two children stranded on the streets to rot. No help. Closed the door on our face. Horrible just horrible. With no reimbursement no im sorry nothing. Spent over 400 dollars for one day with roaches eating my food in the car. Horrible

Be prepared to wait over 3 hours to get your car if you are not first in line. I was left stranded at the airport in Aguadilla,Puerto Rico along with 6 others.The shuttle bus picked up the group a full hour after we landed (1:40 am) and not everyone fit in the shuttle bus. The driver never came back for us.We spent the night outside and we kept calling and calling,finally at 6:30 am (when the sun came up) we walked as a group to the office,only to find the same driver that left us behind in the backroom.

I had a reservation for a compact car. When I got the they said didn’t have any and just a suv was available. I ended up paying double the amount of money. Totally not fair! I had no choice. It was that or stay stranded there.
