1. Payless counter closed--- go to Hertz. 2. Never told me the car was damaged. Later that day saw the damage and had like white painted stitches pasted over damage. I thought something happened while I had the car. No customer service on 9-3 or 9-4 due to Holiday weekend to clarify that I did nothing 3. Full disclosure on exit should have been disclosed,,,,,barely spoke English in a very dark garage to exit area. .

Price could have been better. The drop-off was in a dimly lit parking garage to just 1 person who handled returns for at least 3 different rental car companies. I would have NEVER allowed my wife to return a rental under those conditions.
