I filled the tank 5 miles out from the airport until the needle was way past full. Hertz charged me a $20 fee to "top off the tank". Said I needed to send a gas station receipt if I wanted to contest it but all I have is a line item on a credit card statement.

Left an expensive set of headphones in the vehicle, and called the office 30 minutes after the car was dropped and nobody could find them. Had to call back 4 different times because they kept telling me to call back at a different time.
