The seats of the Nissan Altima were very comfortable since we had to sit in them for over 26 hours during a 35 hour period. We also were held up by traffic on our trip for many hours which meant our return time was going to be later than expected. Upon calling Alamo (Tiffany assisted me), it was taken care of quickly with no extra charge since it was still within the 2 day period for the rental. Lastly, the gas mileage was very good and better than what I was expecting for a large car.

My flight was delayed and I called and was informed that they would hold a car for me. Unfortunately when I arrived the rental car desk was closed. I had to spend over 100 dollars on Uber to take me too my hotel and then back to the airport the next day. Then when I finally go to pick up my car there are no cars available and there is line of people waiting in the cold to try and get rentals. This entire experience was frustrating and disappointing. ..

Car had not been cleaned and previous renter had smoked - ashes between rails on floor. People at Enterprise were very nice. Car had maintenance issue and they made it up with money off and upgrade on next rental.

I reserved a car online for a late afternoon time but it defaulted to noon. I called at 1030 a.m. to let them know I wouldn't be picking up the car until after 4 p.m. when I got off work and the gentleman said that would be better because they didn't have any cars. We reset the time for 430-5 and he said they would have a car for me. When I get there, they said they didn't have any cars. Needless to say, I was not happy. Long story short, they produced a car. If you're going to rent these days, you better double-check.

after I paid over a month in advance I stopped in a little early to see if I might get the car a little early, I went in and talked to the mgr Kenny .. he said that he is low on inventory and didn't have any cars except a tessla Elect car( don't trust Elect cars!), and that I could wait and see if anything comes in .. What? I reserved this car over a month ago ! .. so I called the 800 number and talked to someone there that was very helpful .. she found a car for me at the crown center location! .. I went there and wow! very helpful! they put me in a Lexus that got 28 miles per gallon GAS car! .. thank you Crown Center Location!! and btw it was cheaper that Gladstone ... Gladstone Hertz you have lost a customer! .. Crown Center Hertz you have gained a customer!
