They didn’t have the car I paid for! Terrible that your company booked it with a credit card and there is no communication with the car company IF they have any cars.

Service was good. Car ran well. There was an awful smell in the car like someone had smoked weed in the car and tried to cover it up with some deodorant spray or something. It was pretty bad and did impact our enjoyment of the car for the week.

Car was fine but finding Payless in TYS (Knoxville) airport was almost impossible. They was no desk in the rental car area, I had to go to the parking lot to find them and even then the only signage that said “Payless” was one small (8”X11”) piece of paper that said Avis, Budget, Payless.

My reservation was for a last minute trip and the purpose for the trip was canceled the next day. When i called to cancel the reservation I was informed my fee was non refundable. It would be good customer service to have a pop up message to the non refundable matter before I submit my final reservation.

Knowing ahead of time that Payless was handled by Avis would have been helpful. Also having to drive a pickup truck or upgrade and pay more was a surprise and something that they should have done without a charge. We did not want a pickup truck!
