A van that was not broke, wasting 3+ hours figuring out how to resolve it myself, and an unsympathetic branch that offered a measly 10% off the rental after having safety issues in a van with 3 adults and 4 children.

I wish I would’ve known what kind of car I was going to get before picking up. I was a little disappointed in the features. The lane departure warning kept making the steering wheel vibrate when I was in the middle of lanes, the radio didn’t have Apple car play so getting around in an unfamiliar area was more difficult.

The Van was DIRTY. I had to buy cleaning products to clean the VAN.. Seats was dirty and stains. I had to cover the seats with sheets. Lights on dash board went out. No Radio, couldn't charge our phone. The Van was Terrible. It was Terrible, Terrible.

Avis is terrible! Would not recommend. They cancelled my reservation 3 days before pick up! I had reserved a car in March and cancelled in June. Staff left and voicemail then wouldn’t answer the phone. Finally got ahold of someone and they were extremely unhelpful! Would not recommend!!

Arrived at counter and they had no record of my reservation. Staff rude and not helpful. There were no other cars available to rent! So my husband and I were stranded in Memphis and Oxford for 4 days with no choice but to Uber

Did not have the vehicle that the contract called for and was told a few hours before pickup that the car was waiting. It took 45 minutes for them to prepare the contract. There was a general feeling that they did not know what they were doing. I knew the manager and she was helpful.

The people working at the centre were very polite and understanding. However, despite having prebooked and prepaid, there were no cars there for me to rent and I spent over an hour in the queue waiting!
