We waited for 90 minutes to get a car. And then we were told we could have extra time at end to make up for it. But when we returned they charged us for the extra time.
The van that I had reserved and paid for 3 months in advance was "not available" when we arrived to pick it up. I specifically needed a large vehicle for college graduation and move out and this affected plans and I had to scramble to make new arrangements which cost twice as much. Will never trust Hertz again.

The car was fine. I searched for Knoxville airport pickup and drop off but was given a car at a smaller office in town—the taxi ride cost me $50! I has noticed a street address on the confirmation but thought it was just one of those consolidated rental offices a short shuttle ride from the airport. WRONG

We had prepaid the Chevy Malibu and the agent said we had a 7 passenger reserved but if we downgraded to a Ford Edge we would save some money. No refund was issued. When returning the vehicle there was no agent to accent the vehicle and poor instructions on how to return it without an agent.

The car had stains all over the inside from previous people. The smell was horrible like rotten milk. In the rain the brakes locked when going down a hill and was extremely dangerous. The cost of the car should not have been what it was.
They gave us a car that smelled like cigarette smoke. It was awful.

Just having difficulty with the returning of required deposit for using Visa debit card to my account. Have only received one deposit out of five rental agreements. Expediting the return of $300 I would think is very important to anyone renting with Enterprise. Otherwise, there are a great company with excellent customer service.

Even though a reservation was scheduled for a vehicle pick up for an hour earlier, the vehicle was not ready. Enterprise scrambled to get me a vehicle and it was dirty and not prepped for delivery. The Dodge Journey was one of the most uncomfortable vehicle I have ridden in. No map ability on dashboard screen to access or Bluetooth from phone. Very disappointed in my choice to use Enterprise
Closed early on a Saturday and offered no help with reservation. Not even suggestion of other location or number to call.
