Did not have the full-sized Premium car I had ordered, and tried to convince me repeatedly that a Malibu was the same size and class as a Charger and would not offer me a discount when requested. Also took almost an hour to process - seemed quite disorganized and disconnected to customer service.

I got problem when picking the car. it rumbles seems chassis issue from bottom. I immediately went back and talk to avis representative. he checked and drove for 2min and back confirmed issue, he immediately replaced a new honda odyssey van for me. the honda odyssey was super clean, quiet, new(1K+ miles). though I wasted some time due to this incident because I was in a hurry to drive to airport, I am very happy with the customer service, he made me feels very comfortable and in warm hand.
