The person at the desk lied to my face about me not having a reservation, even though I just got off the phone with enterprise who said my reservation was NOT cancelled. The car I was supposed to get was sitting outside, but would not be given to me. I had to get an Uber back to charlotte to get a different car.

You make it quite clear the pick off and drop off locations, first time user so Learning curve might come into play but $80 in Lyft ride to fix the problem caused by you will seriously decline reapet business.

Car was not well maintained. The maintenance light was in whole time. It blocked outside temp reading which I like to see. The car’s gps didn’t work, big negative for me. It had lots of dings to outside surface. I just felt the maintenance was poor. I did like that I could use my car key the traditional way and that it was a simple car to use. This was my first z budget rental. I was disappointed.

The car rental company pulled the reservation out from under me at the last minute and stranded me without other options. I never received a rental car at all. I am extremely disappointed in the entire experience and would discourage others from renting from the same place.
The car smelled to the high heavens…cigarette smell is disgusting! The car needs to be balanced and tires aligned-it shimmied on the highway. There is a noise coming from tail pipe area. The woman in the office who gave me the keys (assistant manager, I think) was very cordial and pleasant. The office was off site from the airport, about 10-15 miles, but far enough that I needed to use Uber; a shuttle service or pick up from Hertz should have been available…better yet, Hertz should be on site. Their office on Concord Parkway is a dump!
Absolutely horrible. They put greed over honoring a contract and almost completely ruined a trip for my scout group so they could make More money for the vehicle

After confirming reservation and express check in we received an email hours before we were to pick up the vehicles saying they did not have our vehicles and wouldn’t have them u til the 7th. After calling we were told that the Charlotte airport Avis had one we could rent for $6000 over $5000 over our reservation price. After arguing for several hours about them not honoring the agreement we were told we could go to Charlotte to get the vehicle at the agreed upon prices. When we arrived there we were told we only had 1. The. We were told we had to go to we had to go to the concord location because they did i fact have 1. After 5 hours of lies, runaround, arguing, and demanding they honor the contract we had the vehicles needed for our trip.

The experience was poor, They did not have the car I reserved, the one they gave me had a dead battery in it, and we had to call road side assistance twice to jump it, causing may hours of delay in our vacation, when we were at our destination we swapped out for a new car, that had a slow leaking tire, that we had to return to Avis twice a day to get more air, more time lost, in total over half a day. We finely got a third car on our final day of vacation that was given to us with an empty tank of gas, but was in running condition. Avis would not compensate us for the fuel in the two cars that were bad or for all the time we lost on our vacation, being stranded and having to put air in our tire for there defective cars.

I reserved a car from Avis. Once I arrived at the car rental agency there was a long line with at least 30 people and one person helping to rent cars. Canceled my rental and went to another agency that had the staff and not the line.
