Pick up location has been moved due to branch been closed , and had to pay significant difference of money which is not the same as original booking. Asked for return but help line was not cooperative at all . Will never recommend my friends and family. In fact I will launch complaint in better bureau and so many social media.

Terrible experience! This agency is running a scam. The address listed on Kayak was wrong, and they blamed Kayak for not updating it. They sent me to another location, where they claimed they had no cars available, even though they were still advertising them online. They refused to offer a free upgrade, which they should have provided. I wasted 3 hours, and my daughter missed an important event. To make matters worse, they're listed under three different company names with fake addresses. Avoid this agency at all costs!

I was very upset with the rental agency. My husband went to go pick-up the car. First it was the wrong place. So they sent a car to pick him up and take him to the right place. Then upon arrival at the other location, they tell my husband that they need to first have him get in touch with ICBC to show his driving records before they can rent him the car? I have NEVER come across this once in all the car rentals I’ve had over the years. So after he proves to them that he’s a good driver, then they take a $1,000 deposit? We only had the vehicle for 5 days? Usually at other rental agencies the deposit has been no more than around $300-$500 max. So I think there was some issues there as well. We finally got the car. In all fairness the car itself was great. We got a Toyota Corolla. Very clean and it was great on the trip. Very comfortable and great on gas. The one thing I’ll say is this, they tried to make things better, but when you have a child and you’re ready to go and all you want is to get the car and get going, to have a delay for over an hour is not good. Things aren’t being done on the scale of a larger car rental agency and it’s very obvious. They need to be more organized and the fact that they don’t mention the ICBC check on their website makes me think they don’t want the customer to know about it, since it would result in going elsewhere On a scale of 1-10, the car itself was a 10 the experience was a 2 . I will take my business elsewhere next time.

The location is very convenient and I appreciated being able to leave the car in their parking lot to pick up after our dinner and show; it saved me the hassle of having to find a parking spot and paying for it. We were also given an upgrade from compact to an SUV. I’m indifferent about this upgrade as I purposely chose a compact size so it would be easier to park. However, I recognize that we were give a hybrid SUV with many features and the car was nice to drive. I’m sure drivers with better parking skills would appreciate this upgrade if they were given the option.

I accidentally selected the wrong dates and I cannot even reschedule. So my whole money was wasted. And I was not around to even use it. Terrible customer service. Don't recommend. Would go for a more flexible option. If this is what you get for just booking, I don't even want to know what the service is like. Went with a cheaper and flexible option

The car itself was actually really good. The reason I rated my experience so low was solely based on the guy working the counter when I picked it up. Not only was he nowhere to be seen for a good 20 minutes (likely more as the people before me had already been waiting a while when I got there), but he was condescending and snarky anytime I had a question. I was asking him about things I needed to know when it comes to the insurance, what it covers and how it works with the laws in Canada. I also asked him if there were things I should.know while driving up there. This was my first time ever in Canada. He acted like it was such a waste of time for him to have to answer these questions. The lady who worked at the hotel where the rental kiosk was in for when I dropped off the car; she was very nice and helpful! I don't think she worked foe the car company, just had a deal with them to help with the car rentals.
