Audi car rentals in Seattle

I should have been placed with a car rental agency for the same price at the airport. I was placed with an off airport car rental agency. CraWhiz did not answer when I needed a ride, I had to take a $27 Lyft ride just to get to the car rental agency. I had purchased Aliianz car rental insurance online and was told I wouldn't need to purchase any at the counter but CarWhiz didn't take Allianz and charged me $44 a day instead of Allianz at $42 total. They also stated to drive the vehicle on too roads they would charge $15 a day for a toll pas. This car rental agency is an absolute inconvenience and rip off. They also do not do digital inspections of their vehicles. My vehicle had two issues and I don't trust this company to not charge me for the damages that were already present due to how much extra it cost just to pick up the car.

I didn't end up renting from Carwiz. They're a complete fraud company looking to scam you and Rob you from your hardworking money. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, unless you have millions yo throw away and simply don't care. Horrible customer service as well. 0 stars from me.

Their pick-up shuttle at the airport car rental center never arrived for a hour. Left me stranded and I had to go to Hertz for a real rental. Currently in process of seeking a refund as they still charged me in full.

The agent who checked us in with return in garage was very kind to help two elderly ladies (one in wheelchair) struggle with luggage and getting us to where we need to go.

I've got the car from Rentalcars.com who is the agent booked the car from Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I was paying for a luxury BMW X5 or similiar and didn't get it. Instead, it was a value-oriented SUV. I feel cheated and am very disappointed at the arrangement from Rentalcars.com . They seems to be Indian run company based in UK.

They wouldn’t honor my rental reservation and tried to charge me as a walk-up. It was a bad experience.

As someone who doesn’t use credit cards, I was not able to rent a car from Thrifty. I offered a to put 3 times what is required as deposit and was willing to show utility bills and car insurance for payment history. FICO is a joke and so is this debit card policy they have. All this being said, I realize the employees I interacted with don’t make these rules. They did their job very well (there was a very long line and it was the airport location) and were polite and tactful.

At close to midnight on got in a long line only to be told 30 min in that they won’t have cars for most us that night. If we have a hotel we should go there and come back in the morning. Being that I need to get to Portland asap I left the line and rented from Budget.

My experience was terrible. Despite making a reservation with Hertz in March, they didn't have the car I reserved and made no attempt to find me an alternative. They cancelled my reservation and did not give me a refund. I will not be renting with Hertz again.

Pickup was delayed by 1 1/2 hrs. even though we had a set time. Dropping off though was terrible. The Clayton, Missouri site was to close by Saturday/noon. We got there at 11 am only to find the place closed. Instructions on the door stated to drop off original receipts and key in the drop box. Problem - there were only three parking spaces available and they were all filled! The 1-800 number for assistance is a terrible phone tree without an option to leave a message. We ended up parking on the city street and hoping the car wouldn't be ticketed. We had to wait until Monday morning to confirm that they had found the car (we had left a note to its whereabouts). This is our second bad experience with Hertz. The people at the desks are just fine but the company policies are not customer friendly.

They gave our car away and didn’t have another one available for another 4 hours after our scheduled pickup time. Terrible experience given we had made the reservation 3 months in advance.

Rental location in Seattle was confusing to get to. Once we figure out where to go they almost gave us a car with expired tags. Check in process was very long. Second car they gave us was never inspected or walked through with us. The car play function with is what we needed would constantly go off and on (tried multiple phone cables, phone projection/Bluetooth separately with no success) which made it extremely difficult to use for our West Coast drive from Seattle to San Francisco.

Someone left underwear in the back seat, the drop off was closed, it was a nightmare retiring the car

Insurace was 3x more expensive

They gave me a rear-wheel drive vehicle instead of the AWD vehicle I had specified. I needed to buy $150 of chains to get over a mountain pass and the entire trip was stressful and dangerous.

The desk staff was very helpful. Hicham made sure the car I received was clean, as the one I originally booked smelled of cigarette smoke. He gave me a different car without me even asking.

The car had a front end alignment issue that is noticeable at a higher rate of speed it was very concerning for me when driving on the express way.

Excellent efficient and plesent counter staff. No pressure to buy extras.
