Chrysler car rentals in SeaTac

I never even received my car, it was a complete disaster and I will never use kayak or Payless again.

Extremely rude staff. Attempted to rent me a wrecked vehicle and when I denied it said it would be a few hours until another of the same class was available. Check in process no one was there. An AVIS employee said to just leave the keys in the car. No inspection, etc. I travel for a living and this is about my 3rd poor experience with Payless. I will pay more money for better service, shorter lines, and kinder staff. Will not be using this company again

The assistants at the counter left early, so we were without a car upon arrival. We had to take a taxi to the house, then arrange a 2nd ride the next day to go back to a Payless location. The assistant at that location refused to give any sort of refund or credit for our missed day or our taxi fare. So we paid for the first day, despite being screwed out of the car for that day, and $50 for a taxi ride. Not professional at all, would NEVER recommend or use this company again.

Contract start 100, returning the car charge 450. For 1 day is doesn’t make sense

Kayak was great. The process was easy and I was happy with the price. When my plans changed and I was going to get into town late I called budget to let them know I would be arriving after my selected location had closed and asked if there was another budget location in my area. The woman quickly told me no. I asked again in a way that made it clear I was asking not just about the town I had originally selected but any surrounding town and the answer was the same. I got online and secured a rental car from the airport just a few miles away. The rental was through budget. Kayak was great but the service I received from budget when I called was pathetic.

We had a great experience however when returning the car I wish the check in attendant ask me for the key fob - had to rerun it after airport security. Just a stressful! And of course I am to blame to!

Very efficient pick up & check out. Reasonable price. One of the warning lights went on indicating low tire pressure but everything else was fine.

The problem resulted from not being able to change my reservation. Sixt won't charge it because it's booked with kayak, and when you try to change it with kayak your stupid system send you to sixt that won't allow you to change the reservation. So 2hrs on the phone with sixt

The staff at SEA were kind and helpful, pickup was easy. I had to call customer service mid trip to extend my rental. Spoke with a few different people who were all helpful, and in the end I was able to get the extra days I needed. Drop off was simple for my early flight. The vehicle was a newer model in good condition. I had no issues with the vehicle and felt comfortable the entire trip.

Pick up and drop off service was super efficient and easy. Very impressed. Car was clean as new and very comfortable. But the price felt way too high.

Rates were too high for a one day rental- the return was a pain and the Avis app did not help. I had to call and basically had to figure out on my own where the return location was located. Then was asked- did you take a picture of mileage and fuel tank level.

I wait 30 minutes in line to get to the Avis counter to pick up my rental; that I had booked online and performed my pre-pickup registration to allegedly make the process easier. Then it is 10 minutes at the counter. My card is in the machine and the worker is down the way calling the garage for my car. Then she returns (after another 5 minutes) with the manager to tell me there are no cars for my destsination, and that allegedly, there haven't been any for 24 hours. And that the online system should not have allowed me to make a reservation. Maybe true, maybe not. Because while I was waiting on the salesperson to call the garage the salesperson to my left is selling a rental (one-way to the same location that I'm headed) but at 1.5x the price that I booked online. So, you tell me. I don't know if they guys next to me got a car or not because I was rushing to the next car rental locations but since it was 1 AM, they were all shutdown. Avis wasted my time, screwed up my plans, and made it almost impossible to find an alternate plan, resulting in me having to get a hotel room.

Thinking about Value for money it was good, but the car was really not working ok and even the breaks did not work perfectly. So for the money it was ok, but the car was very hard to drive because of the bad conditions.

Horrible experience. They tried getting me to buy insurance I didn’t need after I had already shown them of insurance I had for the car already. It was so bad and dishonest and there was a “hard sell” approach - so I went instead to Adobe rental car. There at Adobe they were honest and reasonable in price and I had a great experience.

While the staff was friendly and efficient, I felt that there was inadequate staff at the pickup location to handle the volume resulting in a lengthy wait.

The car was covered with scratches but otherwise in good condition.

Loved the speed of the rental process. Speed at the reservation desk was quite good - maybe 3-4 minutes. Got off the elevator, spoke to a rep and were driving out in less than 5 after that. Fastest rental experience I've had. Even got to pick our vehicle, and picked the newest one with all the features...which my kids LOVED!
