Audi car rentals in Salt Lake City

Staff was excellent.

The booking was made for 2pm. The rental Office closes at 2.pm. Why did you sell me the booking?

Never received car. Rental company closed.

Very good experience overall. Rental counter agent was great to deal with. Unfortunately, the vehicle originally assigned to me was not parked in the garage spot indicated (nor anywhere else in the garage, as far as I could tell. This required me to go back to the rental counter with all my bags and get another car assigned. The second time, the car was in the indicated spot. No harm done but I did lose at least a half hour because of the problem. Otherwise, I would have no recommendations for improvement.

So if you do not have good credit or a credit card you cannot rent a car they run a soft credit check before you rent the car they dont tell you until you get to the office. Very very un cool me and my 9 year old daughter had to get from salt lake city utah to caro michigan and got stuuck in salt lake because no credit card or good credit dont you think if i had good credit i would be coming to a "car rental" to get a rude home ignorant and stupid

everything could have been better.

the line to pick up the car was terrible. the agents were working hard but there were noit enough of them. stood in line for two hours. other than that everything went well.

Good experience with pick up in SLC. Frustration with drop off in Vegas - address did not include exact location- just a huge hotel property. Somehow we were supposed to know the drop off was on the 10th story of the parking garage? Garage was not clearly marked with area to drop keys. Said to put key in the envelope and make time/mileage. No envelopes. Frustrating and took twice as long as expected - making us miss our evening show engagement - a cost of over $200….

I did not like anything about the Hertz in Salt Lake City. We were late to the place because our flight was cancelled and we were rebooked on a different flight that arrived little later than the original. By the time reached Hertz, there all cars were rented and we were offered a tiny SUV which could not accommodate 4 adults and 5 carry-on bags. The attendant was very rude and refused to give us any car because I raised my voice. We were in Utah for 10 days. We could not use the small SUV for tat many days. I will never ever rent from Hertz anymore. I had called them twice and confirmed the car. But, still they had no mid-size SUV for us. I think they just did not have any cars to rent and made it look like they were rented prior to us getting there. The attendant insulted us several times. Me raising my voice was warranted because we were left without a car. This was the worst experience we've ever had travelling anywhere in the world!

In airport car instead of shuttle. No waiting at pickup. Got upgrade because.

the countless pickup is amazing. Will be booking with Alamo again for that reason alone.

The car was great and customer service was great! Just wish they didn’t charge extra for an additional driver.

I waited in line to pick up the car for over an hour. Once I was able to get to the counter, they charged a higher price than I was quoted by Kayak and gave me a smaller SUV, not an intermediate SUV (which is what I reserved). They said I could only get a bigger car for a higher price. I will not use Dollar again.

We got a flat tire and they said we were on our own to get it fixed! Why rent a car for traveling on vacation ?!?!

Very long line for rental.

Very good off airport rental company. new Jeep SUV. Friendly staff . Easy check in and checkout, and a reasonable rate to fix a cracked windshield after I got hit by rocks while driving.

Check in went smooth and fast, friendly staff.
