Toyota car rentals in Medford

Very fast pick up. Vehicle was great! Drop off was easy! Negatives: price was a bit stiff but that is the way of the world nowadays. Nothing negative to say about the experience. Positive experience all around

Liked fuel economy. I think The road noise (tires) in the RAV4 was noticeable. We didn’t get the Camry we’d selected. I’m used to a walk around inspection before driving off, had concerns about that.

We were in a predicament at the Medford, Oregon airport. Our Delta flights were canceled out of Medford, so we needed a car to drive to Sacramento, California to get a flight out of there. Calling direct to the Medford, Oregon airport's rental agencies resulted in being told there were no cars available. But using Kayak resulted in finding a car and being able to secure the rental. Once we arrived to the Budget rental counter, we had care from the friendliest professional agent we could have had. Especially, since our car rented was located at another Budget place a couple miles off airport property. The agent at the Budget counter in the Medford, Oregon airport was able to find us a car at the airport. We thank Budget for the amazing care we received at a time we were under great stress. Thank you, Budget!

Car was fine, clean and the model was as requested. The pick up was terrible. There was a line of twenty people ahead of us! Medford is a small airport and when multiple flights come in I understand it can be hectic. But all the other counters had 1 or 2 people and quickly on their way. After 20-30 minutes we finally made it to the front and were told we'd have to wait for our vehicle which took another 30 minutes to appear! After that, smooth sailing!

Medford has very friendly staff at pick up and drop off. They are quick and efficient.

It could have been better if I got a car I reserved 6 months prior and if I didn’t have to spend a 1/2 Hr on the phone for a refund on gas. I brought it back the same as I got it and it was 4-5 gallons short of full and the ignition locked up creating a lot of stress

We reserved and intermediate car but were given a large (Chrysler 300). The agent told me that there were no intermediate cars available unless I chose to wait, although there were Corollas and other similar cars on the lot. We came back in a few days and the new agent offered me a Prius, which I took.

Vehicle was overdue for service at time of rental. No windshield washer fluid.

I pre paid for my car rental. When I went to pick up my car rental you ran my credit and said I couldnt have the rental. Ruined my vacation plans. I had a credit freeze in place to to some fraudulent use of my social security number. I was not told that I would need my credit run. I am a Premier Client at Enterprise Car Rental and have never had any issues renting a car. Only reason I went through Hertz is Enterprise wasnt open on weekend to pick my car rental up. I will never rent a car from Hertz ever again or recomend you to anyone. I was treated extremely bad and it caused great embarrassment plus ruined our trip. :-(
